We have occupied our current building since November on 1999, until Pinnacle Cleaners came in to give us a quote; we were unaware that our tile floors still had the factory finish on them. Char suggested that we have 3 to 4 coats of wax applied to the tile. We went with her suggestion and had her and her crew apply the wax. The result was amazing. Every one had a comment as to how good the floors look. I would defiantly recommend this finish be applied to any tile floor.

As you may recall the remodel project presented many challenges for me. One of my challenges was to remodel an existing office space where the owner wanted to keep the existing but "well used" rubber floor tiles. I advised the owner that she was probably better off replacing the tiles with something new, but she insisted that we try to clean the tiles instead. The floor tiles in question were 20 years old and their age was evident by the years of dirt and grime and wax built up in the grooves in the raised tile pattern. That is when I called Pinnacle Cleaning.

After looking at the existing floor you assured me that you could make significant improvements in the appearance of the existing tiles. I said OK and the following week I found out that you had personally supervised the cleaning of the floor and our owner was on the floor scrubbing with a brush right next to you.

When I saw the cleaned tiles the following week I was amazed. The floor looked brand new. Your company did a great job!
